Directions:
- Carefully remove the kale leaves from the thick stems and tear into small pieces. Wash the Kale. Use a bowl, fill it with the kale leaves, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle the kale with seasoning salt. Massage the oil and salt into the kale to distribute evenly.
- Bake until the kale is crisp but are not burnt, 10 to 15minutes at 350 degrees or put it in a dehydrator till crisp.
*Recommend using a dehydrator if possible. Dehydrators provide gentle heat on food, without destroying the live enzymes making it even more nutritious for the body!
